  • “I am proud to be a part of the SpineHope team of volunteers. I have seen the the passion and purpose expand each time a young teen or child is given this life changing surgery. In many countries these adolescents with scoliosis spine deformity do not have access to the surgical talent and resources needed to help them, and their families must watch as the pain increases and the spine deformity progresses. SpineHope identifies the children in the most need. They work closely and compassionately with their family and local doctors. I have seen over many years how hard this small team of warriors works and how fiscally responsible they are with what is available. I highly recommend this organization. “

  • ”Spinehope is truly a loving and caring organization changing lives of children with spinal deformities that cause them tremendous discomfort, pain and health complications. The team of doctors and medical specialists along with the staff at Dell Children’s Medical Center and Ronald McDonald House who donate their time, skills, and knowledge to help these patients is beyond amazing.  Dawn Deakin who oversees this organization is truly an exceptional woman with the biggest heart you can imagine.  She cares for these families above and beyond any expectation.  The impact Spinehope has, and will continue to have, is a blessing.”  r
